My candle wick crackles, is that normal?
Our candles are made with 100% wooden wicks that create both a tear drop glow and crackle reminiscent of a wood burning fireplace. This is completely normal.
My candle has black soot, what do I do?
Black soot is normal, just been sure to trim your wick before each burn. This helps to eliminate soot by getting rid of previously burnt wick debris.
Can I send a gift to another address?
